Dear Larry, Dan, and Shannon,
We do not know where to begin to "Thank You" again for such a wonderful time and another experience that I know I'll never forget! I truly never thought I'd be able to come back and hunt here again, or anywhere for that matter, so when I got better, of course, this was the place I wanted to come back to!

The loving family you are surely shines thru and is so wonderful to see. Not only am I taking back a trophy elk, but gratitude that we have been fortunate enough to have met you, and blessed that we have a Nebraska 'family', our very treasured friends!

Thank you again for the delicious food (you're a great cook, Shannon), and for sharing your recipe. Our Maine family and friends will love it too!

Thank you for all of the hard work you so graciously provided Team Outdoor Dreams. We had a fantastic hunt and I can't say enough about the delicious home cooked meals and the beautiful cedar log lodge. We were also amazed at the size of your elk, mule deer, red sheep and rare Trans-Caspian Urial Sheep.

About those sheep...they are magnificent and their curls are HUGE! Bugle Canyon Ranch truly delivers a hunt of a lifetime and we have a very exciting Monster Bull Elk Show to prove it.

My wife Maria & I went hunting at Bugle Canyon Ranch in OshKosh Nebraska with Larry Pollard & his son Dan In October of 2010. The lodge was beautiful & very clean, which was of major importance to my wife Maria. Bugle Canyon Ranch is spectacular in its beauty. When we arrived in OshKosh Larry met us at a local convenience store and we followed him to the lodge that was only about 15 minutes away. Larry made us feel like family right away and the beauty of it all melted away all my stress, [I am an oral & maxillofacial surgeon practicing in Miami Florida ]. The food prepared by Dan's wife was first class gourmet, and felt stuffed after every meal. We hunted hard for a couple of days and were rewarded with a beautiful bull Elk. Dan, Larry, Maria, and I with much effort successfully loaded the Elk onto the back of a trailer using a winch. After filling out the proper paper work Larry drove me and Maria to the meat processor. A fellow named Dennis met us there and we made our decisions as to the cuts of meat. Dennis is a character and made us all laugh with his wit and stories. Dennis allowed us to try some of his home made beef jerky and salami, which was awesome! Larry than drove Maria and myself to the taxidermist he removed the ivory Elk teeth and gave them to me to make jewelry. I ordered a European mount and went back to the lodge for one last night. We left back to the hustle and bustle of Miami the next morning. I received about 400 lbs of Elk meat over a period of 4 to 5 weeks in multiple coolers that I had sent Dennis. The beautiful European mount arrived about 4 weeks later. I made an Elk pendant and a ring with ivory teeth and gave them to my wife for Christmas. I have been hunting for over 30 years and can honestly say this was one of my all time favorite trips.
